Starting with our family's humble beginnings in North Philadelphia (with original homes still owned to this day), integrity, honesty, and fairness have always been, and will always remain, the guiding principles of our business.
PRINCIPAL
Nick Pizzola
Nick has been involved in real estate investment for over 40 years, starting with his Notheast Philadelphia acquisitions in 1972 after graduating from Drexel University. In 1986 he joined the Mercy Catholic Medical Center Foundation where he helped acquire, renovate, and manage satellite office buildings. He then assumed the position of Controller at Associated Imaging Solutions.
GENERAL MANAGER
Matt Pizzola
Matt has worked in property management and construction management since 2005. While studying at Temple University, he joined the leasing department of Tower Investments in Philadelphia, followed by the Ryan Homes Project Management program in Baltimore, MD. Matt later joined T.H. Properties as a Finish Supervisor for their Montgomery and Lehigh County sites.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Steve Pizzola
Steve spent 10+ years in retail management at Dick's Sporting Goods. He designed and implemented sales goals for multiple departments, supervised warehouse deliveries, managed inventory, maintained store layout, trained new hires, and was responsible for turning around underperforming stores in various territories.
